The Buffalo Bills are a big home favorite on Sunday Night Football against the New York Giants, and our top Giants vs. Bills NFL player props are expecting Buffalo to come up just as big against New York. All our NFL picks are based on the SNF odds from our best sports betting apps.

A trip to London went poorly for the Buffalo Bills, and they’re licking their wounds after losing 25-20 to the Jacksonville Jaguars last week. The Bills are ripe to rebound with a Sunday Night Football game against the struggling New York Giants.

The 1-4 Giants head into this Sunday night tilt without starting quarterback Daniel Jones (neck), and No. 1 running back Saquon Barkley (ankle) could also miss his fourth straight game. Add that the New York offensive line is also dealing with multiple injured starters, and this game could get ugly quick.

To accompany our Giants vs. Bills NFL predictions, here are our best Giants vs. Bills NFL player props for Week 6, and don't miss our Josh Allen player props (odds via our best NFL betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

Giants vs. Bills NFL player props: Sunday Night Football

Bills 1st half total team points Over 15.5 (-110 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Buffalo enters Sunday night averaging 17.6 points per game in the first half, which is the fifth-best average in the league. At home, that number soars to 26 points scored before halftime. The Bills have headed to the locker room with at least 16 points at the half in three of their five games this season.

The Giants are dead last in the league, surrendering an average of 18.8 first-half points per game. Four of their five opponents this season have racked up at least 16 points in the first half. These teams last met in 2019, with Buffalo ringing up 21 points before the half.

You can get this prop on DraftKings at a lower price (-108) but with an added point total (16.5)to overcome. If you feel more confident, bet356 allows you to take this wager all the way up to 19.5 at +150 for the Over.

James Cook to win race to 20 rushing yards (+250 via DraftKings) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cook has averaged 4.8 yards per carry so far this season and 58.4 rushing yards per game during that span. He benefits this week from facing a New York defense that is allowing the third most passing yards per game (151.4) in the league. The Giants also give up 5.8 yards per carry to opposing running backs on the road.

This race could wind up a man short if Giants running back Saquon Barkley cannot suit up Sunday night. Even if he dresses, his effectiveness could be hampered, opening the door for Cook to get to 20 yards first. Through two games this season, Barkley has 114 rushing yards and averages 3.9 yards per carry.

Giants backup running back Matt Breida hasn’t fared much better, posting just 82 rushing yards this season at 2.7 yards per clip. In fact, he has only two games of more than 20 yards this year..

Tyrod Taylor Under 175.5 passing yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Giants quarterback Tyrod Taylor has had just three games with at least 176 passing yards in the last four seasons. He averages 128.1 yards per game over the course of his 14-year career. This includes his time as a starter with the Bills, in which he logged seasons of 216.8, 201.5, and 186.3 passing yards per game.

This will be the first time Taylor has started against his former team. He will be tested by a stingy Buffalo pass defense allowing the ninth fewest passing yards per game this season (191.2). Three of the five quarterbacks they have faced have gone over this 191.2 passing yards threshold. However, those quarterbacks were Miami Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa, Jacksonville Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence, and Las Vegas Raiders QB Jimmy Garoppolo.

Our Brenden Schaeffer likes Taylor's rushing yards prop for his Giants vs. Bills parlay.
