In our New York Giants vs. Buffalo Bills parlay predictions based on the best NFL odds we speculate on whether the Bills can cover one of the largest NFL point spreads in recent memory on Sunday Night Football.

After falling flat in their London game against the Jacksonville Jaguars last week, the Buffalo Bills (3-2) return to Buffalo for a projected cakewalk against the New York Giants (1-4) on Sunday Night Football.

Will the Bills play down to their competition or emphatically handle their business against one of the league’s most dysfunctional teams?

To accompany our Giants vs. Bills predictions and Giants-Bills player props, here are our best Giants vs. Bills parlay predictions for Sunday Night Football (odds via our best NFL betting sites; pick confidence based on a 1-to-5-star scale).

SGP predictions for Giants vs. Bills

Bills -15 (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Bills may be wallowing in the disappointment of last week’s London loss, but they have the perfect circumstances for a rebound performance this week against the Giants. While the injured Daniel Jones has arguably been a net negative for New York this season, it’s not expected that Tyrod Taylor will suddenly vault the Giants’ offense to new heights.

This matchup features one of the widest possible gaps in scoring average as the Bills have piled up 31.8 points per game on the season, while New York has averaged only 12.4 PPG. Although running back Saquon Barley’s return could aid the New York offense in keeping things competitive, this feels like a mismatch that has little chance of surprising us with the outcome.

DraftKings and Caesars list the Bills at -15 with standard -110 odds while FanDuel has Buffalo at -15.5 with more aggressive odds to -104.

Josh Allen Over 0.5 interceptions (-110) ⭐⭐⭐

Allen infamously opened his season with a four-turnover game in which he threw three interceptions and lost to the Zach Wilson-led New York Jets. Although he worked to quickly clean up those woes, the Buffalo gunslinger threw a costly pick on a deep shot last weekend in London.

Every once in a while, the tendency inevitably creeps back into his game. And because of the lopsided expectations in this matchup against New York, we’re getting favorable odds that will stack splendidly with our prediction of a Bills blowout win.

New York averages only 0.4 defensive interceptions per game, but the script of a well-played game by Allen that happens to feature at least one mistake represents an inverse correlation that boosts our parlay odds through the roof at DraftKings. FanDuel and Caesars do not allow the interception prop in their SGPs.

Tyrod Taylor Over 23.5 rushing yards (-115) ⭐⭐⭐

As of this writing, there is still uncertainty over whether Barkley will suit up for the Giants on Sunday night. For that reason, our best sports betting apps aren’t listing rushing props for any New York running backs.

The Giants’ starting quarterback, however, is a rushing threat of his own. Taylor has racked up more than 2,000 rushing yards throughout his NFL career and could need to use his legs creatively against the pressure of the Buffalo defensive front on Sunday night. Buffalo has allowed 134.0 rushing yards per game (25th in NFL), so Taylor could find some room to operate.

Taylor hit 23 or more rushing yards in four of six starts back in 2021. Caesars (-121 on Over) and DraftKings (-115 on Over) list his rushing total at 23.5, while FanDuel has it at 24.5 (-110 on Over).
