Early Sunday morning, rookie QB Caleb Williams will look to lead the Chicago Bears over the 1-4 Jacksonville Jaguars at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.

After a dreadful 93-yard performance in Week 1, Caleb Williams has settled in and thrown for over 300 yards in two of his last four games. When making the best Jaguars vs. Bears player prop bets, it’s hard not to consider Williams’ recent success against the Jaguars’ bad pass defense. And if Williams succeeds, what does that mean for his favorite target, DJ Moore?

As we add to our Week 6 NFL predictions, the Jaguars’ offense will have a more challenging task against the Bears’ defense. However, the tough matchup could be good news for Christian Kirk, who has become Trevor Lawrence’s favorite target after a rough first two weeks.

Jaguars vs. Bears touchdown pick

DJ Moore to score a touchdown (+150) ⭐⭐⭐

Moore has scored in back-to-back games, and he scored two touchdowns last week against the Carolina Panthers. This week, he gets to take on a secondary that allows 2.0 passing touchdowns per game. That’s tied for third-worst in the league.

Williams has only thrown five touchdown passes this season, so it’s hard to be overly confident in this prop—even in such a great matchup. However, Moore and Williams have something working right now, with Moore leading the team with 42 targets. Our Connor Cooper also thinks the signal-caller should be good for a couple of TD passes as he makes his Caleb Williams player prop bets.

This price implies a 40% chance that Moore scores. If he had any quarterback other than Williams throwing to him in this matchup, this would be closer to 50%. That said, Williams has been good against bad defenses, and this should also be a high-scoring game. There’s no real negative to taking Moore.

Best Jaguars vs. Bears prop bets

Caleb Williams Over 243.5 passing yards (-110 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Williams has been inconsistent in his rookie season, so things could go wrong for him at any time. But this is such a juicy matchup, that it’s impossible not to take his Over.

The Jaguars are allowing a league-worst 287.8 passing yards per game. They’ve allowed three quarterbacks to throw for over 330 yards against them, and Josh Allen went for 263 in a game that was over by halftime.

Williams has excelled against bad pass defenses. He threw for 363 yards against the Indianapolis Colts’ 29th-ranked pass defense, and he went for 304 last week against the Panthers. This total is set 25 yards above Williams’ average. But Williams has been way over or below his average this season. Against this defense, he should go way over.

Christian Kirk Over 4.5 receptions (+135) ⭐⭐⭐

After a horrible start to the season, Kirk has started to turn it on over the last three weeks. He’s caught 19 of his 26 targets for 228 yards and a touchdown during that span. That’s more receptions and targets than rookie breakout Brian Thomas Jr. during that same stretch. Our Jaguars vs. Bears prediction and Jaguars vs. Bears early picks talk about how the Jags should find success in London.

Kirk only had four targets last week, but they were all very good targets, and he caught all four of them. He caught eight and seven passes in Weeks 3 and 4, respectively, and he was targeted at least 10 times in each game.

The Bears have one of the best pass defenses in the league, and they only allow 18.8 completions per game. And while Thomas is the Jaguars’ leading receiver, Kirk is who Trevor Lawrence is looking to most. In a game where the Jaguars will need to take what the defense gives them, Kirk will be the reliable option for his quarterback.
