The NFL MVP odds favorites go head-to-head with a spot in the AFC Championship Game on the line when the Buffalo Bills host the Baltimore Ravens in the divisional round. Kickoff from Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, N.Y., is slated for 6:30 p.m. ET (CBS) on Sunday night.

Our Ravens vs. Bills early picks and odds for the AFC Divisional Round focus on the underdogs in the snowy conditions. Buffalo is a 1-point favorite in the playoff clash, according to the NFL Divisional Round odds.

Our best NFL betting sites expect a high-scoring affair with an Over/Under of 51.5, but will it be Josh Allen or Lamar Jackson on the right side of the scoreboard when the dust - or, in this case, snow - settles?

Early weather forecasts predict this will be a typical snowy showdown we've come to expect at Highmark Stadium in late January.

If this is the case, the visitors will have a leg up, considering they have an unstoppable one-two rushing punch consisting of Derrick Henry and Jackson. This duo combined for 253 yards on 30 carries in September's 35-10 beatdown of the Bills. The snowy conditions also play right into the hands of Baltimore's top-ranked rush defense, which surrenders just 77.2 yards per game.

Buffalo is unbeaten (9-0) at home this year, but the Ravens have more explosive playmakers on both sides. While we believe it'll be closer than the early season contest, we like Baltimore in this underdog spot, regardless of its playoff history on this ground.

DraftKings is the best place to play Ravens +1.5 (-120), compared to other sportsbooks, which don't give bettors the hook.

Moneyline

Early returns at BetMGM show bettors are jumping on the Baltimore bandwagon, with the Ravens seeing 60% of early moneyline action. This has resulted in the market coming to a consensus that this game is too tough to call. As such, Baltimore (-105) and Buffalo (-104) have slightly juiced odds to win the showdown outright.

Spread

Some of our best sports betting sites have gone as far as not to name a favorite in this contest. Caesars lists this game as a pick'em, and that's where Bills backers can find the best odds to bet on their team. Meanwhile, DraftKings is the lone outlet to list the Ravens at the opening spread of +1.5. Most of our best sportsbooks have Buffalo as a 1-point favorite.

Over/Under

  • Over best odds: 51.5 (-115) via Caesars
  • Under best odds: 51.5 (-115) via DraftKings

Whereas the oddsmakers are all over the place in regard to the spread, there is a consensus 51.5-point total for this AFC Divisional Round Game. Bettors are jumping on the Over at an alarming 62% rate early. We imagine this tone will change throughout the week as the weather forecast creeps into casual conversation, leading to a lower Over/Under.
