Saquon Barkley will look to lead his Philadelphia Eagles to a huge NFC East win over the Washington Commanders. The Eagles enter the Thursday Night Football matchup ranked sixth in the Super Bowl odds.

The latest Thursday Night Football odds are showing the Eagles as a 3.5-point favorite, which could mean a positive game script for Barkley, who has run for 100-plus yards in five of Philadelphia's seven wins this season. What does that imply for the best Saquon Barkley TNF player prop bets for Thursday Night’s 8:15 p.m. (Prime Video) game in Philadelphia?

Barkley rushed for just 66 yards last week against one of the NFL's worst run defenses. Now he takes on the Commanders' fifth-worst run defense while looking to bounce back.

Saquon Barkley touchdown pick vs. Commanders

Saquon Barkley to score 2+ touchdowns (+310) ⭐⭐

When I wrote about the best Commanders vs. Eagles TNF prop bets earlier this week, I picked Jalen Hurts to score two touchdowns. Mike Spector made a similar pick in his Commanders vs. Eagles prediction.

While I still like that play more than this one, especially considering the price, my best Barkley touchdown prop is for him to score multiple times.

The Commanders are allowing just 1.0 rushing touchdowns per game, but they’ve also only faced three teams with winning records all season. They’ve given up four rushing touchdowns in those outings.

Barkley has scored eight touchdowns this season, but he’s gone scoreless in four of his last six contests. The price of -180 is way too expensive for him to score a touchdown. But since he’s scored multiple touchdowns in three games, getting him at +310 to do that this week is the best touchdown play for one of your NFL Week 11 predictions.

Saquon Barkley Over 92.5 rushing yards (-113 via FanDuel) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Barkley’s rushing performance last week against the Dallas Cowboys’ second-worst run defense burned many bettors, myself included. But he averaged 4.7 yards per carry, though the tailback was given only 14 attempts in the 34-6 blowout win.

The Commanders are significantly better than the Cowboys, so Barkley will get plenty of touches this week against a run defense allowing 142.1 rushing yards per game. Barkley, who's a contender in the NFL Offensive Player of the Year odds, has carried the ball at least 17 times in all but two games this season.

With the Commanders allowing 4.8 yards per carry, Barkley just needs his usual workload to hit this Over.

The total for this prop ranges from 92.5 to 95.5 yards. bet365 is offering a price of -110, but it's listing the total listed at 94.5. Take the lower total and the slightly worse price at FanDuel.

Best odds: -113 via FanDuel | Implied probability: 53.05%

Saquon Barkley Over 13.5 receiving yards (-105) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Barkley has caught just 21 passes for 158 yards thus far. His season single-game high is 40 yards, and he’s been held to 12 or fewer yards in five outings. However, he should benefit from a good matchup tonight.

The Commanders are allowing the 10th-most receiving yards per game to running backs this season. While they’re still only giving 11.3 yards per game, which is lower than the listed total, Washington's defense can be more easily beaten in this area than most other teams.

Plus, running backs are averaging 10.3 yards per reception against them, the second-most leaguewide. One catch may be all it takes for Barkley to cash this Over.

BetMGM is featuring the lowest listed total at 12.5 yards. However, the sportsbook is asking -110 for the Over while bet365 is seeking -105 for just one extra yard.

Best odds: -105 via bet365 | Implied probability: 51.22%
