Barber and Blanchfield make their long-awaited returns to the octagon in the main event. Blanchfield hasn't fought since beating Rose Namajunas back in November. The layoff has been even longer for Barber, who has missed more than a year through illness. Understandably, fitness is a concern for the latter in a five-round bout.
Can "The Future" keep her energy up for the championship rounds and hang with her younger, more tested competition? Blanchfield has better prepared herself for this challenge in recent fights, testing herself at the top level against the likes of Manon Fiorot and Namajunas.
These flyweight contenders have a combined professional record of 27-4, and none of those losses have come via a finish. As such, it's hard to imagine either tapping out inside five rounds. We'll side with the more in-form fighter in Blanchfield to handle her opponent and earn a deserved title shot in the near future.

The co-main event sees "The Gamer" go up against one of the lightweight division's most intriguing unranked challengers in Klein. While Gamrot is one of the sport's most accomplished wrestlers, he could meet his match in "Mr. Highlight," who owns the UFC's all-time highest takedown defense (95.2%).
Klein's record comes against, with all due respect, far inferior fighters to Gamrot. However, the Slovakian is not someone the division's seventh-ranked challenger can take lightly, especially with his skills as a striker. In the end, though, the Polish grappler is a more refined, mature fighter than anybody Klein has seen to date.

Jacoby faces one of the sport's up-and-coming stars in Lopes, as he looks to welcome the Brazilian light heavyweight to the big show. This is just Lopes' second fight in his UFC career, so while his 14-1 record may jump off the pace - especially in relation to Jacoby's (20-9-1) - it needs to be put into context.
"Brunao" has improved significantly in a short time, and he's known for being one of the most versatile young fighters on the promotion. Jacoby is a seasoned veteran who prioritizes the technical aspects of the sport. We'll side with the latter every time, especially since he's been around the block a few times.
The Brazilian has only been finished once in his professional career, though. He could still give Jacoby fits, which is why we're backing this bout to go to the judge's scorecards, as opposed to predicting a knockout for either fighter.
