You could make the argument to include Chelsea in this section, but I'm less inclined to do so due to their relative lack of experience in the Premier League title race.
I think Chelsea are still a year away from truly finding another gear, and if anyone is going to stop the runaway train that is Liverpool, the most likely candidates are Arsenal.
The Gunners have failed to capitalize on back-to-back strong seasons, finishing as the first runners-up behind City. However, Arsenal look to be in their best spot yet to win it all.
They're loaded with world-class talent, and City are crumbling before our eyes.
However, the one caveat to this bet is the recent injury to Bukayo Saka. His teammates will have to pick up the slack left in his absence, but Gabriel Jesus has recently returned to the starting lineup and is scoring for fun, and I trust Gabriel Martinelli and Leandro Trossard to provide quality on the wings.
