Brock Purdy returns to the place where he suffered the elbow injury that ended his and the 49ers’ Super Bowl hopes last January as we make our Brock Purdy player prop predictions based on the NFL odds at our best NFL prop betting sites.

At Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday, the Philadelphia Eagles (5-0 at home) will host the San Francisco 49ers (4-2 on the road) in a matchup featuring two of the league's highest-scoring offenses.

Last Thursday, San Francisco secured an impressive 31-13 victory against the Seattle Seahawks at Lumen Field, marking their third consecutive win. During the game, QB Brock Purdy completed 21 of 30 passes for 209 yards, adding a touchdown and an interception to his stats.

On the other hand, Philadelphia clinched its fifth consecutive win last Sunday with a 37-34 triumph over the Buffalo Bills.

Brock Purdy is averaging 261 passing yards per game this season. The Niners’ passing offense ranks sixth in the league, and they’re coming up against one of the worst passing defenses in the entire NFL. The Eagles are giving up 275.2 yards per game through the air, which ranks 29th. Rain is forecast for Philly on Sunday and Purdy’s worst game of the season so far came in the rain at Cleveland in Week 6. However, Cleveland has the best pass defense in the National Football League. The Eagles are banged up at linebacker, with Zach Cunningham likely to be out on Sunday. Expect Purdy and head coach Kyle Shanahan to exploit those intermediate areas. It could be a big George Kittle game as well.

San Francisco is averaging four trips to the red zone a game this season, fifth most in the NFL, finding the end zone 61% of the time (6th). Brock Purdy and the 49ers offense should match up well against one of the league's weakest red zone defenses, as the Eagles have allowed opponents to score on 65% of red zone trips (28th). Only the Washington Commanders (28) have given up more passing touchdowns than Philadelphia (23) this season. The Eagles concede more than two touchdowns per game on average this year.

Brock Purdy Over 8.5 rushing yards (-115 via bet365) ⭐⭐⭐

Purdy is sneaky, athletic, and unafraid to run with the ball. Although he has only topped this total in four of 11 contests this season, Purdy is averaging more than 11 rushing yards per game. Josh Allen ran for a season-high 81 yards in the rain against Philly last weekend. If the running lanes are there, especially against a depleted linebacker group, Purdy could attack those gaps with his legs.
