The Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins headline our NFL Week 11 parlay predictions, and we're hunting for the best NFL odds for the three-leg play.

The 6-3 Miami Dolphins are in the driver's seat to win the AFC East, and their cushy upcoming schedule has them positioned as the betting favorite in each of their next five games.

Miami has won and covered six of its last seven games as the favorite, and it's also won by an average of 15 points during that run. The Dolphins have a favorable matchup on Sunday when they take on the Las Vegas Raiders.

Best NFL Week 11 parlay predictions

Jared Goff Over 1.5 touchdown passes (-204) ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The running game has been a huge key to the Detroit Lions’ success this season, averaging nearly 140 yards per game on the ground. However, if Detroit will do much offensively this week against the Chicago Bears, it will likely take a big effort from Jared Goff.

That’s because Chicago boasts one of the best run-stopping defenses in the league, ranking second in rushing yards allowed and sixth in run defense DVOA. The Bears have been giving up fewer than 62 yards per game on the ground since acquiring defensive end Montez Sweat from the Washington Commanders.

Fortunately for Lions fans, Goff should be up to the challenge. He’s failed to throw a touchdown pass in just one of his last nine games at home, and he should also have time to throw against a Chicago pass rush averaging a league-low 1.3 sacks per game. The Bears’ pass rush is incredibly anemic down near the goal line, still seeking its first red-zone sack of the season.

Miami Dolphins -13.5 (-110) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Miami Dolphins haven't hesitated when they've had a chance to blow out an opponent this season. In their last four games as favorites, the Fish have won by 14, 21, 15, and 50 points. They've had a bye to lick their wounds and fix things up from a 21-14 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs two weeks ago in Germany, and their defense has allowed just 38 points in its last two games.

The Las Vegas Raiders are 2-0 since replacing Josh McDaniels with Antonio Pierce as head coach, but those games came against the New York Jets and New York Giants, neither of whom have a competent quarterback. Miami certainly does, and this Raiders offense isn’t capable of keeping up in a shootout. Last week against the Jets, Las Vegas recorded just 16 points with 15 first downs, the eighth time in 10 games this year that the Raiders have failed to score 20 points.

Dallas Cowboys team total Under 26.5 (+105) ⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Dallas Cowboys have also been known to bully weaker opposition, owning five victories this season by 20 points or more. However, all but one of those victories came at home, except a season-opening 40-0 rout of the New York Giants that Dallas broke open early with several defensive takeaways.

Quarterback Dak Prescott and the offense have found life on the road a lot tougher since, managing just 16 points against the Arizona Cardinals, 10 at the San Francisco 49ers, 20 versus the Los Angeles Rams, and 23 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Dallas is also in a prime letdown spot this week, visiting a non-division opponent between two games against NFC East rivals — especially with next week’s game on a short week on Thanksgiving.

It's been a long year for the 2-8 Carolina Panthers and rookie quarterback Bryce Young. But if there's one reason for optimism about Carolina, it's the defense's play, which ranks seventh in total yards allowed and sixth against the pass. Several weeks ago, they held Houston Texans QB C.J. Stroud to 13 points on this field. With Dallas in a look-ahead spot, expect another feisty effort from the Carolina defense.
